Merry Creepmas! Are you looking to make your Christmas a little spooky this year? This project is the perfect blend of Christmas and spooky. It’s also great for those who are on a budget but still want to have that Creepmas vibe! Below, I’ll tell you how I made these adorable bat candy canes. I had originally wanted to buy black and white candy canes, but that proved to be difficult. So, I found some as close to my idea as I could.
Step 1:
Using our free downloadable bat template, you’ll need to cut out bats from black cardstock. Then fold bat wings on crease lines.
Step 2:
Next, use a small hole punch to put two holes beside each other close to the center of the bat’s body. Using an elastic cord, tie the bat onto the candy cane.
Step 3:
Finally on the front of the bat glue a small bow to hide the hole punches and cording. These can also be bought at Dollar Tree!
These are great for both decorations or party favors for your next Creepmas party! I hope you enjoyed this quick and easy treat!
